What you'll do

• Coordinate treatment, rehabilitation, support, and discharge services
• monitor program services for professional standards and compliance
• develop and direct services for clients with serious mental illness
• supervise staff, set schedules and performance standards, evaluate work, and provide training
• conduct specialized interventions and support staff and clients in crisis
• maintain community and agency relationships
• document in the electronic medical record
• participate in quality improvement and case reviews
• perform on-call duties for crisis intervention, supervision, and consultation
• coordinate case-management schedules and client assignments.
