The Privacy Associate Attorney role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $260,000–$420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The attorney will join a growing Privacy and Product Counseling practice at an AmLaw 100 firm represented by Direct Counsel. The associate advises companies on privacy, data protection, and emerging technology matters. The work helps clients address evolving legal and compliance issues through counseling, assessments, program development, and privacy-related agreements.

What you'll do

• Advise companies on U.S.
• federal and state privacy laws and evolving data privacy and compliance issues.
• Work may include developing data protection programs, privacy assessments and data maps, DPIAs, drafting and reviewing privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements, and advising on AI, adtech, health data, biometric information, and children’s or teen data.
