What you'll do

• Support faculty supervision, development, evaluation, classroom observations, and coaching
• promote academic excellence and effective teaching in grades 7–12
• monitor student progress and coordinate interventions
• oversee student experience, behavior, attendance, and discipline
• communicate with families
• assist with events, safety procedures, schedules, and daily operations
• provide administrative leadership when the Upper School Principal is unavailable
• support the school’s Christian mission and Statement of Faith.
