What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish cooked items
• maintain kitchen and equipment sanitation
• manage inventory and stock rotation
• assist with purchasing and recipe compliance
• handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions
• act as liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence.
