What you'll do

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
• complete repairs and scheduled services
• verify workmanship using road tests and diagnostic equipment
• document labor, parts, and recommendations
• coordinate with Service Advisors and the shop team
• and, as needed, explain findings to customers.
