What you'll do
- Maintain a visible presence at store entrances, exits, and on the sales floor
- greet customers and monitor for safety concerns and potential theft
- keep emergency exits clear
- communicate theft indicators to store and Loss Prevention leadership
- follow external theft response policy
- educate associates on shortage-reduction initiatives
- and observe checkout procedures.
