What you'll do

• Scale, measure, and prepare ingredients
• mix and cut cake and yeast doughnuts
• proof yeast dough
• fry, glaze, fill, and top doughnuts
• maintain batch consistency in taste, appearance, and weight
• keep a clean, organized, food-safe station
• communicate with teammates and support the production line.
