Sonic Assistant General Manager

The Sonic Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Bellevue, NE, with compensation of $18.50–$20.50 per hour. The position supports SD Fusion LLC’s Sonic Drive-In team in La Vista, NE, helping deliver guest service and oversee restaurant operations. The assistant manager helps the General Manager maintain efficient daily operations, coach crew members and shift supervisors, and uphold food safety and quality standards. The role also supports staffing, inventory, cost controls, and customer issue resolution, and may act as General Manager in the GM’s absence.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations
• lead, coach, and motivate crew members and shift supervisors
• monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• support scheduling, staffing, and labor management
• resolve customer complaints
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• and serve as acting General Manager when the GM is absent.
