What you'll do

• Configure, calibrate, and operate die-cutting presses, including stripping and blanking
• lead make-readies by setting dies and counter plates and verifying scoring and creasing
• monitor production quality and adjust processes to maintain tolerances
• perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• promote safe, efficient teamwork
• mentor peers.
