What you'll do

• Greet customers
• help select unit sizes
• complete rental paperwork
• conduct facility walk-throughs and lock checks
• post payments and follow up on past-due accounts
• maintain customer records
• make daily bank deposits
• conduct monthly marketing
• maintain merchandise
• clean vacant units
• keep grounds, office, and bathrooms presentable
• prepare auction units according to procedures and lien laws.
