The dietitian assesses nutritional needs, provides patient education, and collaborates with physicians to ensure optimal dietary outcomes for patients during their rehabilitation journey.

What you'll do

• Assess patient nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary plans, provide education on healthy eating, instruct patients on post-discharge diets, monitor nutritional status, communicate with physicians and care teams, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, conduct calorie counts, and review menus.
