What you'll do

• Greet customers and handle calls, appointments, and vehicle information
• maintain relationships with customers, insurance companies, and coworkers
• document customer requests on work orders
• inspect vehicles for structural, exterior, interior, body, and mechanical damage
• estimate labor, parts, salvage, and repainting costs
• discuss repair-versus-replacement options
• complete insurance claim forms and recommendations.
