• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies

• advise leaders on talent markets and recruiting practices
• build pipelines for critical roles
• lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team
• establish goals and service standards
• partner with stakeholders on hiring strategies and candidate evaluation
• strengthen employer brand and recruitment marketing
• support strategic and difficult-to-fill hiring
• oversee recruiting systems and metrics
• optimize ATS and reporting tools
• ensure compliance with EEO requirements and employment laws
• present performance updates and recommendations.
