What you'll do

• Maintain company product quality standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service speed.
• Hire, train, and develop employees.
• Plan, monitor, and review employee job performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
• Execute new product roll-outs.
• Manage control costs.
• Perform administrative tasks including inventory and ordering.
