What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and service technicians at customer sites
• enter technician time
• provide schedules and scopes of work
• create and manage jobs in construction management software
• generate and track purchase orders
• support materials ordering
• optimize schedules and reroute technicians as needed
• respond to customer inquiries and service calls
• maintain the electronic scheduling system
• assist with tools and materials procurement
• process service work order invoices.
