What you'll do

• Design and carry out a varied calendar of resident activities, events, and outings
• tailor programs to residents' interests, abilities, and needs
• develop specialized memory-care activities
• recruit and coordinate volunteers
• organize celebrations and family events
• maintain participation records and program evaluations
• collaborate with care, dining, and leadership teams and participate in care-plan meetings.
