Building Maintenance Technician I

Job overview

The Building Maintenance Technician I role serves properties throughout the Twin Cities, with the office in Golden Valley, MN. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, generally 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. within a 7 a.m.–5:30 p.m. range; an on-call rotation is one week every five to six weeks when needed. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. Building Maintenance Management provides maintenance and remodeling services to commercial properties in the Twin Cities. The technician maintains building systems and finishes through electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, and carpentry work. This work supports the upkeep and operation of the company’s commercial properties.
