What you'll do

• Partner with executive- and elite-tier clients on HR compliance
• understand client business models and workforce practices
• provide guidance on employment and payroll regulations, including multistate compliance
• recommend tailored HR solutions
• resolve employee-relations matters and investigations
• advise on employment issues including leaves, terminations, ADA, and PWFA
• develop HR tools and programs
• identify and escalate legal and regulatory concerns
• document client interactions in HRIS
• collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• manage expectations and service delivery
• communicate compliance updates
• maintain current knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• attend onsite regularly
• travel domestically for meetings, client visits, events, and training.

Why this role
