What you'll do

• Oversee multiple programs and performance in staffing, program quality, enrollment, financial management, and compliance
• recruit and select staff
• coach and develop Site Directors and staff
• monitor curriculum implementation and program quality
• ensure licensing and safety compliance
• oversee staffing, performance, and retention
• monitor enrollment, attendance, payments, deposits, and expenses
• review payroll and employee documentation
• resolve escalated concerns
• maintain relationships with school administrators, families, and community organizations
• support local marketing and growth strategies
• conduct site evaluations
• represent AlphaBEST at meetings and community events.
