What you'll do

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• monitor and repair facility HVAC
• perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs
• replace breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures
• troubleshoot potential electrical hazards
• perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas, grounds, and systems such as boilers.
