The Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic — Construction Site position is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Pay is $22–$30 per hour. 1st Response Occupational Health provides on-site medical staffing and occupational health services to help keep workers safe and healthy. The clinician provides emergency and non-emergency care to construction workers, assesses and treats injuries and illnesses, and supports site safety protocols. The role also maintains medical supplies and documentation and coordinates with local emergency medical services and hospitals when transport is needed.

What you'll do

• Provide emergency and non-emergency medical care
• assess, triage, and treat injuries and illnesses
• administer first aid, wound care, and basic life support
• maintain patient-care reports and medical documentation
• coordinate with local EMS and hospitals for transport when necessary
• monitor site safety
• maintain medical equipment and supplies.
