What you'll do

• Process phone, email, EDI, and web orders for domestic and international shipping in ERP software
• answer customer inquiries
• contact customers to clarify orders
• generate lot number and pick-list information
• send invoices
• maintain order documents and departmental files
• process credit-card payments
• handle EDI purchase orders and partner documents
• process sample requests
• post invoices at day-end
• assist other departments and complete assigned quality-system training.
