General Technician — Property Restoration

The General Technician role is a full-time, onsite position in Pearland, TX; compensation is not specified. The technician supports residential mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction projects from initial response through completion for Seco Restore. The role contributes to restoring customers’ properties after water, fire, storm, and other damage by assisting with extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, repairs, reconstruction, and jobsite cleanup. It also requires accurate job documentation, adherence to safety procedures, and respectful communication with customers and coworkers.

What you'll do

• Assist with water extraction, structural drying, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, sanitation, contents handling, and residential reconstruction
• set up and monitor drying equipment and take moisture readings as directed
• assist with drywall and other general construction tasks
• protect customer property
• complete job documentation and communicate jobsite issues.
