Front Desk Host

What you'll do

• Welcome and serve clients
• build relationships with new and returning clientele
• support studio operations during each shift
• resolve client issues or follow up
• manage bookings in the Zenoti system
• support client and team workflow
• process payments
• maintain cleanliness
• receive and account for inventory and assist with inventory counts.
