What you'll do

• Set up and operate manual milling machines and CNC machining centers
• interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and process documentation
• select and install tooling, fixtures, workholding devices, and offsets
• complete setups and verify first-piece acceptance
• adjust processes to maintain dimensional accuracy
• edit CNC programs and offsets
• machine precision aerospace components
• perform in-process and final inspections
• troubleshoot tooling, machine, process, and quality issues
• complete production and inspection documentation
• support continuous improvement and root-cause investigations
• maintain a safe, clean work area. Day shift Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• minimum three years of manual and/or CNC milling experience required.
