What you'll do
- Set up and break down event spaces with furniture, staging, signage, and bar services according to event layouts and client specifications
- serve as an onsite contact for clients, guests, and vendors
- coordinate with caterers, audio/visual technicians, bartending staff, facilities staff, and other vendors
- monitor event spaces for cleanliness, safety, and venue standards
- assist with inventory return and room resets.
