Vehicle Service Technician (VST)

The technician cleans, stocks, checks, and documents ambulance condition so vehicles and equipment are prepared for crew shift assignments and service needs.

What you'll do

• Check vehicle inventory and control supplies and equipment
• clean ambulances inside and outside
• restock supplies daily
• perform basic mechanical checks and check fluids
• keep the workspace organized
• requisition replacement supplies
• report breakdowns and equipment failures
• coordinate with fleet maintenance and reallocate vehicles as needed
• maintain logs and document vehicle condition
• respond to crew phone inquiries.
