What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO and CFO on strategy and business planning
• translate objectives into operational strategies and performance goals
• oversee manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, warehousing, procurement, quality, customer support, IT, and facilities
• establish KPIs and improve productivity, quality, throughput, and cost performance
• manage budgets, capital expenditures, forecasts, and operational results
• oversee compliance, governance, risk, quality systems, and business continuity
• support product launches and customer operations
• lead and develop operational teams.
