What you'll do

• Design workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
• build microservices and responsive React and TypeScript applications
• design and consume REST APIs and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts
• implement event-driven workflows
• integrate with CX, routing, HR, payroll, identity, and data platforms
• model data in PostgreSQL and relational databases
• contribute to containerized cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, scalability, and reliability
• participate in reviews, design sessions, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
