Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales on customer use cases and technical requirements
• lead product demonstrations and discovery
• document architectures and workflows
• own customer onboarding integrations and automations
• oversee workflow automation and data pipelines
• troubleshoot technical issues
• collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Data Science, and Engineering
• maintain technical documentation and train Customer Success and Support.
