Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative works on-site in Arlington Heights, Illinois, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a one-hour unpaid lunch. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports clients with service-apartment arrangements and housing-related needs.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with utility setup and housing issues
• follow up with clients whose renewal contracts are due within 90 days
• update CRM and Excel records
• coordinate seminars
• support client move-ins
• communicate with new clients by phone or web conference
• advise clients
• negotiate with property owners on clients’ behalf
• maintain corporate-client relationships
• manage daily service-apartment duties
• and perform office administration and other assigned customer-service tasks.
