Lead Software Developer

Job overview

The Lead Software Developer role is onsite in Hanahan, SC; compensation is $36.43–$54.64 per hour, depending on experience. What you'll do

• Develop, modify, test, implement, and maintain complex software
• analyze requirements and programming specifications
• recommend program designs and system enhancements
• design program logic, interfaces, file structures, and data processing solutions
• troubleshoot defects and performance issues
• maintain technical documentation
• coordinate development and integration
• participate in design reviews and architecture discussions
• mentor junior programmers and technical staff.
