What you'll do

• Defend manufacturers in product liability matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, mass torts, multidistrict litigation, and other product disputes. Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation
• work with scientific evidence and expert testimony
• and support consumer class action and commercial dispute matters.
