The Patient Ambassador role is onsite at Carroll Medical Center in Westminster, MD, with a Tuesday-through-Saturday full-time schedule and hours that may vary. Pay is $19.00–$24.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Conduct new-admission visits and assigned patient interviews
• promote a respectful hospitality orientation
• support client satisfaction and awareness of the Patient Experience Program
• assist with patient satisfaction action plans and reporting
• resolve housekeeping issues and follow up on tasks.
