The Mental Health Technician – Split Shift role is onsite in Waterford, VA, with openings at three Loudoun County locations: two in Waterford and one in Leesburg. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, supports adolescents and their families through residential mental health care. The Community Coordinator supports adolescents ages 12–17 in a safe, comfortable, and caring residential setting. The role works with management and clinical staff to support client services and foster a trusting, inclusive community.
