What you'll do

• Follow all company safety policies, MSHA, and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly plant environment.
• Perform general plant housekeeping and cleanup.
• Inspect plant equipment and report mechanical issues.
• Operate equipment such as haul trucks, skid steers, front-end loaders, dump trucks, and sweepers.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs, including replacing parts, lubricating machinery, and changing gearbox oils.
• Identify equipment issues by observing performance.
• Assist in assembling, installing, and maintaining pipe, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Operate cutting torch and/or welding equipment.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
