POD Team Lead, Coos Bay/North Bend

What you'll do

• Oversee, coordinate, and track assigned POD shifts and activities
• drive between sites
• perform job coaching and janitorial duties
• supervise staff at job sites
• operate and maintain cleaning equipment
• apply safety, sanitation, and waste-disposal procedures
• verify staff training and site inventories
• conduct and track inspections
• prepare and collect reports, timesheets, incident reports, training records, and checklists
• schedule PODs and verify timeclock entries
• conduct morning fleet vehicle safety checks
• travel between sites in a company vehicle.
