Marketing Account Manager

The Marketing Account Manager role is onsite in Houston, TX; compensation is not specified. PCCA supports pharmacists and prescribers with products, education, and services for personalized medicine and pharmacy compounding. Working within PCCA’s in-house agency, the manager plans and executes marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned accounts and business units. The role coordinates stakeholders, budgets, creative work, and performance reporting to support sales, product and service utilization, lead generation, and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Develop understanding of the compounding industry and PCCA business units
• assist with annual strategic marketing planning
• develop and implement multi-platform campaigns
• manage stakeholder communications, briefs, plans, meetings, deadlines, and assignments
• review content and design for accuracy and brand alignment
• manage account budgets
• report results and recommendations
• optimize marketing channels and digital tools
• coordinate with Marketing Operations. May lead marketing account coordinators or specialists.
