What you'll do

• Maintain and repair property interiors, exteriors, systems, and fixtures
• perform heating and air-conditioning maintenance, carpentry, electrical work, and repairs to windows, tiles, floors, walls, and doors
• maintain plumbing
• prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• paint apartments as scheduled
• maintain grounds and lawn equipment
• assist with preventive maintenance
• organize and inventory maintenance equipment
• remain on call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary.
