What you'll do

• Manage and retain existing customers and cultivate new relationships
• generate business across commercial and consumer products
• understand credit policy and assess client eligibility for loan products
• understand client businesses and industries and identify opportunities
• coach and guide employees toward sales and service goals
• use digital resources to improve customer banking experiences
• educate customers on digital banking and investment platforms
• perform other duties as assigned.
