The work helps keep contracts moving, supports dealership cash flow, and enables the finance and sales teams to resolve paperwork issues promptly.

What you'll do

• Process title and registration work for new and used vehicle sales through webDEALER and the Bexar County Tax Assessor-Collector’s office
• submit title applications within Texas deadlines
• verify lien payoffs and track incoming titles
• handle out-of-state titles, dealer trades, wholesale transactions, and duplicate or bonded title situations
• issue and reconcile buyer tags/eTAGs
• manage contracts-in-transit and aged-title reports
• coordinate paperwork corrections with F&I
• maintain records in compliance with TxDMV and manufacturer requirements.
