What you'll do

• Assist with oversight of nursing staff
• support admission evaluation and planning and discharge documentation
• help maintain resident care standards
• participate in quality assurance, safety and performance improvement committees
• provide staff education and coaching
• provide clinical backup to floors as needed
• complete monthly Medicaid patient chart audits
• develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures
• participate in daily morning meetings
• take weekend on-call according to the assigned rotation if applicable.
