What you'll do

• Supervise hourly team members and assist the General Manager with daily operations, sales initiatives, and goals. Support Front of the House systems, health inspections, order guides, service, beer quality, and food safety
• oversee food presentation and health-code compliance
• address guest concerns
• support team scheduling, training programs, cash handling, invoices, reporting, HR and payroll administration, and budget monitoring.
