Food Service Director

The role helps ensure meals are safe, nutritious, timely, and consistent while coordinating with facility and program staff.

What you'll do

• Run daily meal preparation, cooking, and service at both sites
• oversee Meals on Wheels production and delivery coordination
• manage production consistency and waste
• manage inventory and vendor relationships
• own food, labor, and supply budgets
• hire, train, and coach kitchen staff
• conduct performance reviews
• enforce safety procedures
• lead cleanliness and food-safety inspections
• maintain audit-ready records
• and build working relationships with facility and program staff.
