What you'll do

• Provide support and assistance with daily living
• promote community involvement and personal goals
• support health and safety
• collaborate across departments to help ensure homes meet CLC standards
• provide intervention and assistance during critical or emergency situations as needed
• prepare meals according to established menus and individual needs
• support grooming and appropriate dress
• assist with scheduled daily activities
• follow Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging regulations.
