What you'll do

• Perform residential installs, service/repair, and disconnects for data, video, and phone services.
• Ensure correct RF and signal levels.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and leadership.
• Provide customer education and identify upsell opportunities.
• Operate company vehicle safely.
