What you'll do

• Develop and own the annual marketing plan
• execute at least four major multichannel campaigns annually
• monitor lead volume, source, and quality and report KPIs weekly
• oversee social media, advertising, newsletter, SEO, website audits, CRM, and paid advertising
• manage outside contractors
• coach staff on networking
• ensure marketing materials comply with State Bar advertising rules and legal ethics.
