What you'll do

• Serve as a first point of contact for residents and guests
• communicate clearly in person and by phone
• learn association rules, policies, amenities, and surroundings
• update post orders and leave shift pass-downs
• collaborate with the general manager and team
• deliver luggage, packages, and groceries
• secure taxis
• assist with vehicle loading and unloading
• support valet
• maintain clear lobby and drop-off areas
• safeguard belongings.
