Maintenance Technician — Residential Properties

The technician maintains rental properties and supports resident service by completing repairs, preventive maintenance, emergency and routine service requests, and unit turnover work. What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• conduct preventive maintenance
• repair or replace general building components
• maintain daily maintenance records
• interact professionally with vendors and suppliers
• complete emergency and routine service requests
• perform turnover and make-ready tasks
• assist with vacant-unit preparation and trash removal
• use computer, tablet, and smartphone applications
• respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
