The role also involves communicating care needs and coordinating with families and care staff.

What you'll do

• Communicate ongoing care needs and collaborate with families and care staff
• help maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
• assist clients with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• plan and prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• drive clients to appointments and shopping
• provide medication reminders and companionship.
